About Me

Hi my name is Jon Marshall, owner of JM Fitness and Health and I am a Level 4 Qualified Advanced Personal Trainer based in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
After a 15 year career in the British Army serving with Commando Forces I left the Army in 2010 to focus on my passion for health and fitness. I now run a variety of indoor and outdoor fitness classes in the evenings and weekends at my studio in Ripon which include Circuit Training, TRX, Metafit and Pad Work.

I also offer Personal Training either on an individual basis or in small groups which is a great way to improve your health and fitness, develop strength and reach your goal.
