Classes

To book an indoor class please contact me as places are limited.

For outdoor classes there is no need to book. If its your first class, please aim to arrive 15mins before the start time for a welcome chat and to fill in a Health Questionnaire .

7 - 8pm -  Outdoor Circuit Training

Fast paced Circuit Training using your own body weight and equipment suitable for all abilities, including upper, abdominal and lower body exercises, sprint work, Kettlebells, tyres, Slam Balls, Powerbags, Medicine Balls etc.

Location

Tuesday

6 - 7pm - TRX Suspension Training

An indoor suspension training class to improve core and all over body strength, balance, co-ordination and strength whilst raising the heart rate! Suitable for beginners through to the super fit.

Limited places available, please book

7 - 7:30pm & 7:30 - 8pm - Metafit

Metafit is a high intensity bodyweight class lasting no longer than 30 minutes. Its intense and designed to be pretty tough with structured work and rest periods. All exercises should be done with good form and performed as many times as possible within the allocated time.

Its intense and designed to be pretty tough with structured work and rest periods and regressions and progressions shown for most of the exercises.. All exercises should be done with good form and performed as many times as possible within the allocated time.
