Personal Training

Have you set yourself a goal for 2016?

Is it to run a marathon or a 5k or 10K ?, become stronger and more powerful, compete in a local charity event, perform better at your favourite sport or is it just to lose weight, get a bit fitter and generaly feel better about yourself?

Personal training is the best way to ensure you achieve all your health and fitness goals, whatever they might be. I will provide constant guidance and support and we will use a wide variety of training methods, some old, some new, our own body weight and a range of equipment to help you be what you want to be and go where you want to go.

I offer personal training at my own private studio based in Ripon which is a fantastic facility, very private and loaded with all the latest fitness equipment. We can also train outdoors if you prefer making best use of the local area. Sessions can last up to an hour and will be tailored for your current level of fitness.
